Cluny Farm Cluny Farm is a successful undertaking started in 1962 with no money and a lot of faith. The early years were fraught with every concievable problem - shortages of cash, drought, staff shortages, building deficiencies and too many applicants for too few places. Cluny Farm makes it possible for a few (far too few) intellectualy disabled adults to lead happy, useful, productive and satisfying lives. Since 2002 Gert Nel has been helping to add to their lives by running a development program at Cluny Farm, where he teaches martial arts to the residents. These students show off their skills in demonstrations with Gert at kick boxing tournaments.
