I have trained in Martial Arts for almost 30 years and still I realise there is still so much to learn. And after all this time the most important thing I have learnt is that you can never learn enough! One of the many ways that I am able to grow as a person and as a Martial Artist is first and foremost by having a healthy respect for Japanese and Chinese martial arts. Then I network with as many instructors from various styles of martial arts as possible. People I have trained under were first my friends and then my trainers and they have taught me like an open book. I could never thank them enough for what they have taught me as it has enabled me to apply this knowledge not only to the development of my Martial Arts but also in my daily life. God willing I will continue doing Martial Arts for the rest of my life.
